Technoinvest offers various ways for processing of tropic fruits into various products such as:
- production of juice;
- production of concentrates and semi-concentrates with aroma recovery;
- production of fruit in syrup (the fruit can be in slices, chunks, tidbits);
- production of jams;
- production of pulp in aseptic bags (bag in drum) of 200 l bag;
We can offer lines with different capacity. They can be an appropriate combination of techniques for simultanious production of several types of products.
The advantages of our machines and lines are:
- compact in construction;
- low energy expences;
- all parts which are in contact with the products are produced of high quality, acid-resistant steel and other materials;
- multi - purposed machines.
Our lines can be completed with different types of vacuum cocentrators and aseptic sterilizers-fillers, following the organoleptic and nourishing characteristics of the ready product.
Filling and packing of the ready product can be done in cans, jars, bottles, aseptic bags (bag in drum) or in flexible bags (from 5 to 25 kg.)
Animal feed with high nutritious quality is obtained from the waste particles of tropical fruits during production of juice. These are mainly peels, cellulose, seeds, which after an adequate
treatment are excellent components for production of fodder. |
