Technoinvest offers various ways for processing of pineapples into various products such as:
- production of juice;
- production of concentrates and semi-concentrates with aroma recovery;
- production of fruit in syrup (the fruit can be in slices, chunks, tidbits);
- production of jams;
- production of pulp in aseptic bags (bag in drum) of 200 l bag;
We can offer lines with different capacity. They can be an appropriate combination of techniques for simultanious production of several types of products.

- all parts which are in contact with the products are produced of high quality, acid-resistant steel and other materials;

Our lines can be completed with different types of vacuum cocentrators and aseptic sterilizers-fillers, following the organoleptic and nourishing characteristics of the ready product. We can offer secondary extraction of the peels and the pulp in order to raise the yield of juice. In this way additional amount of juice is extracted which, when blended with the main juice stream is quite appropriate for concentration. At the same time we can offer production of by-products from the waste substances. |
