GENERAL

The equipment is designed to process raw dates into date syrup /debbis/ of dry matter 68-70 degree Bx.
The main processing operations of the plant are:

• Pretreatment - equipment for discharging, inspection, separation.
• Fumigation- fumigation chambers and accessories for air and gas
• Date blocks preparation /on request/
• Juice extraction and clarification
• Juice concentration and pasteurization
• Date syrup filling and packing
• Production of related by-products /dried pulps and fibers, crushed dried pits/.

The essential features of the process technology for the syrup production are its high yield and purity of the end product.
We design and manufacture plants to meet different processing requirements of every date variety.
The vacuum filters are application for medium and high capacity while the shaking sifters - for small capacity.

DIFFUSERS

The diffusers are designed for extraction of soluble solids from dates. Usually the two steps extraction-diffusion process with raw juice recycling is highly efficient in order to assure an optimum sugar extraction from the dates.
Stainless steel AISI 304-316 construction, U- cross section casing with steam heated jacket, internal helicoidal for mixing and product conveying. Cover along full length of diffuser. Mixer drive by speed reducer with gear-box. Automatic temperature controller and all necessary fittings and devices.
