Tomato Peeling Plant
The complete plant is designed for : dosing, heating, vacuuming and peeling of tomatoes. The principle on which the installation operates is thermo vacuum expansion.
Advantages: non-spoiling of consistency, high efficiency, safe and complete peeling of tomatoes, suitable to all tomato kinds, water for cooling can be used again.

Tomato Peel Remover
Designed and built to remove the peel tags left after the vacuum thermo expansion peeling treatment, the peel remover acts as a finisher.
