The HEAT EXCHANGERS manufactured by "Technoinvest" are designed for sterilization and cooling of fruit and vegetable juices, natural pulp, semi-concentrates and concentrates.
They are built in several types:
- "Plate" heat exchanger are designed for heating and cooling of low viscous food products.
- "Shell-and-tube" heat exchanger and "tube in tube" heat exchanger are designed for heating and cooling medium viscous food products.
- "Scraped surface" heat exchanger are designed for heating and cooling high viscous food products.
With a simple but solid construction, the heat exchanger can be equipped to carry out a variety of functions, covering all the possible applications thanks to a highly modular system. VACUUM PAN are designed for production of the following end products: jams; confitures; marmalades; candied fruits; souses and others very viscous products. In the pans product is finished and periodical discharged. The high quality of the product is obtained tanks the low evaporating temperatures and prevent product burning.

The continuous EVAPORATORS manufactured by TECHNOINVEST are designed for production fruit and vegetable concentrates and semi-concentrates. Our evaporators running in double and triple effect at forced circulation. The high velocity of the product into the tubes of the heat exchanger, the low evaporating temperatures and the low temperatures of the heating system, provide high quality of the product, prevent product burning, thus longer running of the evaporators without cleaning is provided. The evaporators are running under automatic conditions with adjustment of the following parameters: steam pressure; product level in the separators; concentration of the finished product. These models are used for high capacity.
Second model Evaporators are composed of tub pre-concentrator with separator running as second effect and jacketed pans running as first effect. In the pans the product is finished and periodical discharged. Main characteristics of this model are:
