Plate exchangers

We designed and manufacturers heat
exchangers for all types of liquid, for
viscous products and according to the
customer requirements.
"SHELL and TUBE"exchanger consisting of cylinder, closed with two
tube-plates. The tubes are rolled on the tube-plates. The number of the strokes is provided by bafflers
mounted on the both caps.
"TUBE-in-TUBE" heat exchanger. The running principle, based on the
thermal exchange in counter-curent
between the heating-cooling medium
and the product, carried out into
concentric tubes, allows to reach very high level of uniformity in treatment.
Pressed PLATES heat exchangers are suitable to sterilization and cooling natural juices, nectars, syrups and others liquid products. Consist of plate heat exchanger with frame covered in st. steel, plates in Aisi-304, nitrile alimentary rubber joints suitable up to 135 C, with three section: heat recovery section, pasteurization section and product cooling section.
We propose to our Customers a mixed systems that includes:
- Pasteurization/Sterilization group with Plate heat exchanger
- Temperature holding group, tubular type.
Heating step, carried out by steam or superheated water line, consisting of: pump for water circulation, expansion tank, pneumatic valve, safety valve and accessories. Sterilization and cooling system in tube-in-tube heat exchangers, further than for liquid products, is perfectly suitable also for viscous products processing.
Usually, three processing steps are foreseen in this product transformation:
- Sterilization step, carried out by steam or superheating water.
- Holding step, where product is kept at sterilization temperature.
- Cooling step, where product is cooled down to suitable temperature.
For high viscous products we propose scraped surface heat exchangers.
