Universal Blanching - Cooling machines (belt type) for thermal treatment of various kinds of vegetables.
Vegetables are treated with hot water. Regulation of speed by inverter. It is made exclusively of stainless steel AISI-304 and sanitary materials.
Exact regulation of temperature by a well tested steaming system.
Full automatic control of time and temperature of blanching process.
Heating can be executed with steam or electricity.
Capacity - from 1000 to 5000 kg/hour.
