Tropical fruits processing machines

Technoinvest offers various ways for processing of tropic fruits into various products such as:

  • production of juice;
  • production of concentrates and semi-concentrates with aroma recovery;
  • production of fruit in syrup (the fruit can be in slices, chunks, tidbits);
  • production of jams;
  • production of pulp in aseptic bags (bag in drum) of 200 l bag;

We can offer lines with different capacity. They can be an appropriate combination of techniques for simultanious production of several types of products.

Filling and packing of the ready product can be done in cans, jars, bottles, aseptic bags ( bag in drum ) or in flexible bags (from 5 to 25 kg.)

Animal feed with high nutritious quality is obtained from the waste particles of tropical fruits during production of juice. These are mainly peels, cellulose, seeds, which after an adequate treatment are excellent components for production of fodder.
