Peeling Machine For Peaches

The PEELING MACHINE is suited to peeling pitted and positioned peaches chemically.
The machine is tunnel type and equipped with:
- 1st Section: Skin pre-heating, application of live steam with thermoregulator.
- 2nd Section: Application of the caustic solution to the peaches using a spray system with re-circulation pump and hydro-screen filter.
- 3rd Section: Holding section with a double heating system using one stainless steel coil located in the upper and one with direct steam injection located in the lower part of the machine.
- 4th Section: Washing that is divided into two sections: Pre-washing with re-cycled and filtered water and Final washing using cold water that is completely recovered for the pre-washing.
Construction:
- Stainless steel frame
- Stainless steel wire-net conveyor with special design large open area, which ensure 100% peeling of the peaches which remained in the cup-up position.
- Lye solution and water recovery pumps
- Filters with self-cleaning system.
- Drive with variable speed arrangement.
- Instrumentation for automatic regulation of the temperature.
