Universal Lines for Production and Aseptic Filling of Tomato Paste and Concentrates


 

The technological lines are designed for processing of tomatoes and other fruits into tomato paste and other kinds ready products such as: jams, confitures, marmalades, natural concentrates and semi-concentrates. It’s capacity depends on the kind of fruit processed. The production lines are of capacity from 1 up to 15 t/h tomatoes.
The process is continuous and the equipment included provides a high level of automation and machine processing in all technological operations.

Evaporating plants for tomato paste, debbis and other concentrates. It's running at double or single effect.

The raw material can be stored into cement pools. In this way feeding takes place on 2 shifts and processing on 3 shifts. Heat exchanger-mixed system for sterilizing and cooling process of a wide range of viscous food products. Several models depending on the kind of product and capacity. The Refiners consist of: one, two or three bodies depending on the processed product and capacity. Vacuum apparatus for tomato paste, marmalades and other concentrates running at single or double effect.
