Our company produces complete technological lines for production of French fries. Machines in the line can be easily adjusted to produce semi-fried or blanched potatoes.
Technological process starts by washing to remove stones and soil from potatoes incoming in factory. Then after peeling and inspection potatoes are passed for cutting in different shapes depending on client's demand.
Next process removes starch from surface of pieces by washing with cold water. Last inspection is carried out on a belt conveyor and potatoes are passed for blanching in hot water. Then after drying potatoes are fried at a previously programmed temperature. |
